Prices, terms and booking procedure for Hostal Casa Muñoz

· VERY IMPORTANT: You must bring your original passport and tourist visa, NOT photocopies, as these cannot be accepted at casas. (see cancellation policy)

· Our pets ( 3 dogs and 1 horse ) are well behaved and clean. However Casa Muñoz isn't recommended for those afraid of dogs or allergic to animals.

· Please note that Casa Muñoz is a family run accommodation. Sex tourism is prohibited.

· Before you make your reservation please be sure of your travel dates as we have just two rooms available. In Cuba we pay high fixed tax rates so we would appreciate it if you keep to your dates as each booking is important in our planning.

Casa Muñoz has 2 Large bedrooms and 1 Medium size Bedroom

Large size bedrooms´s prices:

Each Large room is big enough for several people. Normally each room has 2 double beds but we can add up to 1 additional single bed if required. So in total each room may have 2 double beds and 1 single bed.

The prices below are in pesos convertibles ( CUC ):

Reservation procedure:

For the reservation procedure you should pay a deposit, it will cover just the first night's accommodation. The deposit payment will be made in EUROS (our bank account is in Italy). The payment for the extra days, food service, etc will made at Casa Muñoz in cash (CUC) according with the table above.

Deposit amount (calculated for 1-2 persons, add € 4 for each extra person in the Large room):

Medium Size Room --------> € 30

Large Size Room--------> € 35 (1 room) ------- € 60 (2 rooms)

· This deposit includes our bank transaction fees and covers just the first night's accommodation (room only). It is non-refundable.

· We will confirm availability and instructions on how to transfer the deposit by email.

· Once payment is received you will receive confirmation of your booking by email.

For the reservation procedure:

For the reservations procedure you must read first our conditions, cancellation policy and prices, then e-mail us at trinidadjulio@yahoo.com with the following information:

1- Full name.

2- How many rooms you need and dates you want (specify how many nights), also mention if you want the Large or Medium room.

3- Country, home phone number, mobile number (mention if you will be traveling with it).

4- Read, copy and paste the following agreement in your email:

Agreement: I have read Casa Muñoz web site (www.casa.trinidadphoto.com) and I am agree with the conditions,cancellation policy and prices, and are ready to make the deposit. I understand the deposit covers just the first night's accommodation (room only). It is non-refundable.

Always we will reply to all the emails in no more than 24 hours. We will confirm availability and provide instructions on how to transfer the deposit by email.
